Do I need any experienced to take the this course?
No prior experience is required! Our training is designed for beginners as well as those looking to refine their skills. Only Mentoring/Shadow Courses are recommended to be experienced!
How long is this course?
The course duration depends on the training level you choose. Most in-person courses run for one to four days, with hands-on practice on live models. The online course that you will receive access to is recommended to be completed within 1 month prior to your training dates.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes! Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion to showcase your skills and help you gain credibility with clients.
Is this certificate national recognized?
In Australia there isn't a mandatory government-recognized qualification required to perform eyebrow treatments therefore our certification is not a government qualification, it is however an industry- recognized certification that allows you to start offering professional brow services.
Do I need to purchase my own products and tools?
No, you have the option of completing our in person courses with a kit included or without, it is totally up to you!
Do I need to bring anything to the training?
No, we provide all the necessary tools and products for the training. Just bring yourself, a drink bottle and a notebook/device if you'd like to take additional notes!
Do I need to bring models?
We recommend bringing a model for the hands-on practical session, but if you’re unable to, we can help arrange models for you for an additional fee of $100 for some courses.
What if my model cancels last minute?
Please try to arrange a backup model if possible and notify models that they need to provide 24 hours notice of cancellations. If needed, we can assist in finding a replacement, but we can’t guarantee availability.
How much does the course cost?

What is your refund policy?
Due to limited class sizes, all payments are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your training if needed with 14 days notice (subject to availability)

Do you offer refresher courses?
Yes! If you’d like to refine your skills after training, we offer shadow training courses and 1:1 mentoring sessions.
